At Smilify, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle deliveries:

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): ₹49 – Free for orders above ₹999

  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): ₹99 (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors such as holidays, weather, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your package in real-time.

5. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for updated shipping details.

  • Re-delivery charges may apply for such cases.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details for a quick resolution.
